Higuys !! for the last 2 week i am trying to play ACC in VR. Ive try thousand of setting but i cant have a clean image with stable fps and even if i achiv to have a stable fps it is not smooth at all like i experience on iracing. I had hope with the last update with DLSS, it is better but still not playable for me. My vr is a quest 2 and my pc is a 3600x with a rtx
Noscreen resolution as such, i have the spectator mirror turned off as i am running in VR. I have most settings on high and mid, some settings on epic, mirror res on low but increased the default range. Rendered resolution is around 3416x3000 per eye. Occasionally get a bit below 80fps at the start of a race, usually sitting on a solid 90fps.
InVR? Because I run 5.1ghz, 32gb RAM, 2089mhz on a 2080ti. And I cant run max settings and get 11.1ms in my VIVE Pro or VIVE original. VR is atm waste af, im waiting for the new ones. Higher Resolution etc. but ye, i tested it in VR too, got around 70-79 FPS (Max and 2k) even with 200m Mirror distance
Iused to have 24-inch monitor with 30 degrees of calculated fov. It's been a little over half a year since I upgraded to 27-inch 1440p monitor and just recently re-calculated the "realistic" fov. The new result was 35 degrees which instantly felt better because now I can actually see the apex most of the time.
The5700 xt achieves about the same fps than the 2070. A little bit more in general. But I'm not sure about the performance in acc. That's why I'm asking. The vega chip isn't as powerful as the new one from amd. It's at a 1070 level. Settings on my vega are set to high. Normally, I've got about 50-60 fps with 15 visible cars.
Higuys Cant seem to sort this issue out. When i drive in standard mode i have no problems, virtual mirror shows just fine. I use nose cam to drive, so i dont have nay other mirrors When i switch to VR and nose cam, there is no virtual mirror. Rest of the HUD is all there, but no mirror. I have tried all different quality settings, disabling it, enabling it,

I can run 90fps on Index VR with 4090 with epic settings without reprojection. But I think I can do better because a didn't spend much time tweaking.
