Be sure you have unlocked bootloader, otherwise do it again and retry to flash those 4 files extracted with "Huawei Update Extractor" from FULL APP ROM image specific for your P8 GRA-UL00. I formatted first data, then reboot to recovery. Now i wiped this partitions: data, system, dalvik, cache and reboot to recovery again. Now i installed the rom, opengapps and after that wiped the cache. Now installed Ianmacs Magisk and reboot to system. Now the rom boots up. Thats it. i have a L21 Phone, this phone keep restarting, only fastboot mode work, no recovery, no force upgrade with SD; this phone bootloader is unlocking, i tryed with fastboot the flashing of "recovery/system/cust.img" , the procedure is completed "OKAY/Finishing" but nothing, on command "fastboot erase cache" the response is "command not allowed". j5e4P.
