17 R5, Bluetooth failure. Hi all, First time dell/alienware (had it 12 days) user here. Overall I am very impressed with my laptop, except for the persistent failure of the Bluetooth device. The Bluetooth on the laptop will frequently fail, with the following results. Device manager claims all Bluetooth Devices are disconnected.

My windows 10 has bluetooth installed but it is notr showing in device manager and also bluetooth is not working even after latest bluetooth driver installation. Also my wifi is not working, and in device manager Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160 MHZ is not working even after tryinng every possible way.. please help.
Right click Start button to access Device Manager, locate Bluetooth and Network > Wifi device (if necessary from View tab Show Hidden Devices), on Driver tab see if Roll Back is available, if not try Update Driver, first automatically, then Browse, then Let Me Pick to try all previously installed Drivers. If these fail Uninstall the Driver
Bluetooth is also not shown in device manager, unless I click show hidden devices. It also seems like this is a MSI problem but I don't know that for sure. it would be great if anyone had a solution because using my headphones wireless doesn't only improve the sound quality, it also prevents me from getting tangled up in all the wires.
