Just add them as a friend or guild invite, then add them to a party. Then you guys can play together. If you're both on the same map but different instances, then right click on their portrait on your right portion of the screen, click on join in . Just check friday after reset your new server setup. A round wvw at reset may give you some POIs which you don't have at the moment. That's good advice, usually I'm doing that. Problem is the red keep is really hard to take.
